The ground floor design allowed one to enjoy the splashes of the rain during a thunderstorm. Also, perhaps since people are still actively moving in, the security guards at the entrance lacked the motivation to behave in a professional manner. One could hear chatters and laughters, along with music blasting from their devices from a distance away. This is great as they have good spirits, but it’s not in the appropriate setting. The lobby gates frequently have hiccups, while security is lacking. Martin Modern is heaps and bounds above this condo in terms of prestige and quality.

Proximity to amenities is highlighted but Walking distance to Great World MRT station is still a 10-15 min fast walk. Close to Great World City mall but still needs 15-20 min walk.

Units can be leaky during heavy rain although facilities look grand. The ground level areas are very wet and rain comes in all directions during rain. Very peculiar build design.

Though it’s marketed as luxury living, many features found in posh condos are missing such as simple things eg. Intercom at side gates, or professional security guards.

The lack of service and professionalism in the front facing female security guard of such a luxury condo hardly exudes prestige, is appalling and an embarrassment to the residents as it leaves a poor impression on guests. Service quality should be improved.

Noisy due to the school and build quality is questionable. Water floods the lift lobbies when it rains.

New apartment but the layout for Avenir one bedroom unit is bad. I prefer Starlight Suites which is just across the road with a nice balcony view and the rent is more affordable!
