Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Design and Inconvenient for Moving
If you are planning to move in or out of Amber Park, think twice! The management insists that all movers must use the car park ramp—no lift access for transporting heavy items. This is not only ridiculous but dangerous, especially when cars are entering or exiting. We are human beings, not machines. Pushing heavy items uphill on a ramp with traffic is simply unsafe.
While the development may look luxurious, the functionality is terrible. It's clear the management prioritized looks over convenience and safety. A luxury condo should consider the comfort and well-being of residents, especially during something as basic as moving in or out.
To anyone considering living here: be warned. Take extra care with your belongings, or better yet, consider a place with more thoughtful management and practical facilities.
Condo is new but layouts are bad. Units are too close to each other for comfort, and the sound proofing is bad. It feels like a highly dense and compact living space.
Loud traffic noise can also be heard from the freeway. Tenants are better off looking for slightly older projects which are more humanely designed for more spacious and comfort living.

I shifted to Amber Park from Bishan and although it’s a whole new area from what I’m used to, it has been great so far! It’s beautiful, near amenities, mrt and ecp. Great living!
Amber Park is under construction right now. It’s going to house 592 units of apartment by Singapore’s reputable developer City Development. Freehold. 3 mins to upcoming MRT.
Personally love the design concept! Whereby the waterfront lifestyle is brought to the apartment. With the stratosphere linking the 3 towers the view of the seaview is yours every day.
