jadescape was actl such a wonderful place to set my foot in. as i walked into the compound, i was greeted with a 7-11 and a whole ass saloon. so convenient!
furthermore, there was a right amount of greenery throughout the area and the swimming pool was amazing too. it was surprisingly quite cooling too.
each block was also equipped with a high technological advanced state of the art intercom system which showed how secure jadescape is.
overall 10/10, wld love to live thr!

Very nicely designed condo. Thoughtful facilities and many pools. There are 8 function rooms, 4 BBQ pits to book, so much better availability than many other mega condos. Nice looking facade, good layout and value. Landscape is lush and grown in

This condo is a mega development at good central location of Singapore, close to many good school and near MRT station.

One drawback is the nearby construction of North South Corridor Expressway. The distance to MRT is about 500m , not too far yet not too close.The HDB block nearby has better proximity to MRT, making it not so exclusive for the condo. I sometimes think why I pay premium to walk more than those staying in HDB

Many facilities, which is good, but the downside is lack of maintenance, for instance the block 16 intercom had been spoilt for months, yet MCST did not bother to repair it causing inconvenience to visitors. Carpark registration for visitor is also hassle where you have to park at the guard and came down from your car to register.
