New condo, nice facility. The pool is very beautifully designed. Very nice chill out space. The facility is not bad. Got bbq on rooftop as well.

Most beautiful development by Gucco Land yet! The view at the garden at the roof top is to die for. Could read my book here the whole day with the view and the breeze.

And it’s so near to singapore river. Barely 5 mins walk Plenty of places to eat and drink. Wonderful place for a chill lifestyle.
