Very convenient with Potong Pasir mrt right in front of the property. Imagine Dhoby Ghaut is only 4 stops away. There are a number of shops, restaurants and a 24-hour Fairprice in the mall below. Much more affordable, not to mention quieter, when compared to Woodleigh Residences and Park Colonial further to the north.
Carpark for visitors is weird: drive up to L3, turn left and follow the road until the next downramp, then go down to L2 and park at yellow lots. Otherwise, quite alright.
other than the mrt convenience, it has been a bad living experience. the escalator is always broken/ unusable when it rains, doors are too heavy, walls are not soundproof at all, and the quality of the walls and cabinets etc are just terrible. neighbours are noisy and there is always some renovation happening, and without the soundproof it is extremely loud
Has to be one of the most sought after condo projects in Potong Pasir. Right next to Potong Pasir MRT, a shopping mall with anchor tenant FairPrice on the ground floor. This is maximum connectivity and convenience.The shopping mall also have other tenants like eateries, hair salons, pharmacies, financial institutions etc.There is an Ang Mo Supermart located within walking distance from the condo. Also the numerous neighbourhood stores and coffee shops to cover your every needs.The Potong Pasir Community Centre is less than 5 mins away where you can pick up some leisure lessons and hobbies to learn. Sheng Siong Supermarket and KFC are located at the community centre too.Saint Andrew School (Primary and Secondary) is located with 5 to 7 mins walk. Saint Andrew Junior College is a little further away.
New condominium that was granted TOP in November 2018. The Poiz mall has some shops already in operation - Swee Heng bakery, Kopi and Tarts, Mr Bean, Guardian pharmacy, Watsons, Starbucks, Cheers, a Japanese restaurant, a Chinese Herbal shop, 2 household DIY shops, hair dressers, dentist, clinic, pedicure manicure shop, enrichment classes for children....and my latest discovery, Miss Durian - a shop selling freshly made mo sang wang during puffs at the shop. This mall is right next to the Potong Pasir Station.
