It looks like a very high-end and comfortable community. It has a large balcony space and a large swimming pool. The community feels very clean and spacious. It is a very high-end residence.

Absolutely stunning condo the pool is huge and the facilities like the basketball court and tennis court which is incredible it’s in a great location and there are nice people there too. The guards are very friendly and it’s near an MRT station and a mall with great options around.
I love this condo and the pool is huge with a nice grass area to play ball games with friends recommended the condo it’s great.

It’s a great location/ nice building/ great swimming pool but I can only echo the bad experience with security here
I asked them to hold a delivery for me for 10 min at the front gate that will show up with Grab and he said he would direct the driver to the backside and that security officer where I can pick it up
I went there 15 min later but was informed by the driver that the security guard told him they don’t accept any deliveries and he send him away
It seems some people just can’t be nice and lie straight out just to make life for other difficult to feel better themselves

I have visited this apartment and I find it a really lovely place for anyone wanting a nice area to live, it comes with a big swimming pool, it also has a golf simulator room a mini theatre and tennis and basketball courts. I see lots of swim coaches around for any parents that want their child to learn swimming. The apartments also look very good.

Generous interior layout in a large development that was awarded "landmark site" by URA, with high-value amenities (multiple gate access to SG river; reputable primary school; 5mins walk through kim seng park to great world mrt - one stop to Orchard, four stops to Shenton way; zion road hawker centre; large mall - great world city)
