The unit sizes of 1 – 4 Bedrooms range from 581 sq ft to 3,068 sq ft. There are 6 triplex units located in Tower 1, and each has its own vehicular entrance, as well as 2 private parking lots.

The layout of the units is space-efficient and modern; the condo features multiple pools, a gym, a jacuzzi, and a few BBQ and dining pavilions. The layout of this unit adopts an open concept, eliminating corridors that lead to the bedrooms. While this design choice optimizes the overall usable space, it may compromise privacy for the bedrooms.

Owners getting ready to collect keys to their new apartments. The ambience is lovely, you are literally living within a park. Shops conveniently located on ground floor. I now see a wine shop, 7-11 and a cafe setting up shop

The owners of this listing clearly stole the entry of an older condo that may no longer exist just so they can publicize their upcoming project that will not top for few more years. The unscrupulous part is that they willbenefit from ratings dated going back for 4 years or more. There is really no condo here now, and not only that, this condo has been under construction for 2 plus years.

A nice apartment complex near the Lanai in Hill view apartments area. Residential complex with a beautiful swimming pool and other amenities. You even have vending machines for bread, juices and other packed eatables. Well maintained and good friendly staff to add to it. It's slightly up the hill which makes it slightly difficult to walk there from the nearest bus stop which is Hill View Brooks.
