Actually, 5 stars is too low. This wonderful place deserves 10 stars. Security watching 24/7, clean atmosphere, and an infinity pool. The quality of the stuff? 10/10. Rooftop view is exteremly good. Pool is clean all the time, the rooms are really clean, and you should definitely come here.
Actually 1 star rating is too much.Should be 0.Terrible and hostile place to live in. No communal living just self entitled clowns complaining 247. Think carefully before buying or renting a property in this condo. Only 1 security. So at certain times he goes patrol means anyone can enter, as barrier is always up(maybe budget so chairman can buy new 2025 S-Class as his very outdated).But on the plus side they can afford to have only 1 guard as many residents also act as walking CCTV's & guards 247 walking around finding faults and security breaches, sniffing for fumes in carpark etc.(they use all 5 senses + their knowledge of law)One thing thats outstanding and should be applauded is this condo management celebrates "Equality" as the only condo u can see their cleaners using facilities like the gym.
Went to deliver an item for my client on 26th June, around 1220pm
Concierge has no one, approach security for help, the only thing I heard from security is “I haven’t had my lunch you know” “ I wasn’t suppose to be here” so I just tell her “just help me inform the concierge when they are back , and what time will they be back” the security just keep saying “ I don’t know” and the 2 hour lunch break is ok, just leaving a big gap in between.
The security HR or condo managements plz look into this, this condo is seriously under staff with unhappy employees that might be overwork as well.
