- River Green 嘉溪绿苑, a 99-year leasehold by Wing Tai, sold 88% (458 Units) PSF $3,197-$3,633
- The Robertson Opus, a 999-year leasehold by Fraser, sold 43% (197 Units) PSF $3,167-$3,634
- Promenade Peak, a 99-year leasehold by Allgreen Properties, sold 55% (271 Units) PSF $2,720-$3,521
This reflects continued strength in private housing demand and homebuyers’ confidence and a robust appetite for prime homes in the mid- to long-term outlook of Singapore’s residential property market. The good results come despite broader economic headwinds and the recent changes in higher Seller Stamp Duty (SSD), extending it from 3 to 4 years.

The Sen – District 21 | 99 Years

Faber Residence – District 05 | 99 Years
Faber Residence, located at Faber Walk in District 05, Clementi, is a low-rise condo developed by GuocoLand, Hong Leong Holdings, and Mitsui Fudosan with an estimated 403 residential units. The project is within 1km of schools such as Nan Hua Primary School, Clementi Primary School, and Clementi Town Secondary School.
The site is not within walking distance of an MRT; the nearest MRT is Clementi (EWL), and residents will need to take a bus to get there. There will be a closer MRT in the future. Pandan Reservoir station, on the Jurong Region Line (JRL), is expected to open in 2027 or 2028.

Faber Residence
Penrith – District 03 | 99 Years
Penrith is located on Margaret Drive in District 03 – Alexandra/Commonwealth, and more importantly, it sits just a short distance from Queenstown MRT (EW19). In addition, families will appreciate its proximity to nearby schools such as Queenstown Primary, New Town Primary, and others.. GuocoLand and Hong Leong are developing Penrith with 462 residential units, offering a mix of layouts to cater to different buyer needs.
Queenstown projects consistently attract high demand, and Penrith will continue this trend.
Looking ahead, developers plan to complete the project in Q4 2028, thereby adding another sought-after address to the district.
